First Time Customers Please Remember To:
- Shipping & Billing address must be same; Credit card holder and
package receiver's name must be same.
- Fax a copy of your driver's license AND a copy of the
front and back of your credit card to 1-626-839-5227 if order total
is over $200.

Rate and Estimated Delivery Time: |
We use USPS Priority Mail International for Canada shipments with a
competitive shipping rate: First LB $19 and $1.60 for each
additional LB. Please allow 7 to 14 business days
for your local post office to deliver your package.

International Shipping Fees, Import
Licenses, Duties and Taxes: |
- The shipping cost will be automatically shown
check-out page based on weight of your order. The
shipping fee reflects the base shipping charge and do not
include customs duties and taxes. Refusal or failure to pay your
local duty or tax may affect your ability to place orders with
us in the future.
- Alpha Distribution will not be held responsible or liable for any
problems that occur at your local customs office and we will not
be held liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your
local customs office.
- Customers are solely responsible for any additional customs
clearance fees. Alpha Distribution will not be held responsible or
liable for these charges and cannot predict what the charges may
be.
- As a customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you
are permitted to import our products from the United
States.
- Refunds will NOT be granted for items that are
apprehended by your local customs office.
If you are unsure of the import policies that pertain to
your country, please check and review them before placing an
order with us. Various types of import licenses may be required
by Canada. Alpha Distribution not, with any intent, ship products
to any countries that may require any type of license.
